To Order: To order and reserve any item please fill out the order form. I will reserve an item for 7 days after receipt of your e-mail and will acknowledge all inquires and request promptly. After I have figured your shipping and insurance, I need to hear from you as to how you intend to pay for your glass. If I do not receive a reply within 7 days I will return the item to stock. Prices are for each, unless specified as a set or pair. Payment/Taxes: Payment is due within 7 mailing days or the item will be returned to stock. For next day shipment, send a money order for amount of purchase plus shipping and insurance. All personal checks will be held for 7 days until it clears the bank. LA residents must pay 4% sales tax. I also accept PayPal, used by many on-line businesses and the major auctions. If you are not familiar with PayPal check it out.
I will ship outside the US (shipping and insurance varies). All items are wrapped and carefully packaged with bubble wrap and peanuts. Shipment is usually by U. S. Priority Mail, unless the item is very large. In that instance I usually take it to a "pack and ship" mailer and the shipping is higher. Buyer pays shipping and insurance (optional, but recommended). I will not be responsible for damages due to uninsured shipments. All prices are in US currency. I use extreme caution in packing my glass, but in the event there is breakage, the buyer will be repsonsible for dealing with the U.S. Postal Service or other shipper service. I will fill out the necessary paper work from here, but you will be entirely repsonsible to work with the shipping service to recoup your money. I will not be liable for the mishandling of packages by the carrier. (I've only had one box that has received any damage.) Returns: 100% satisfaction is guaranteed and returns are accepted with my sticker still in place. Details will be accurate as to the condition and description of each piece. All items will be as stated or your money back, minus the shipping costs. Please e-mail me if you are displeased with your purchase and want to return it. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery to you. |
